Joy Oliver, Lead Call Monitor
Joy Oliver has been a CFI employee for over a year and serves as the Lead Call Monitor on the CMS contract. She has contributed to the team’s overall success with her outstanding performance. Joy maintains high levels of productivity and she accurately documents and transcribes, on average, over 450 monitoring records per month. She assists the management team by monitoring non-compliant situations and potential problems as well as provides training and coaching to other Call Monitors on the team. Joy demonstrates an excellent work ethic and is a great asset to Computer Frontiers.
